Hugs

Hugs are usually overlooked in today's hustle-and-bustle world, where people are too busy to give each other hugs and are uncomfortable with personal contact. Hugs are important and actually it make a lot of difference.

Did you know that hugs have healing powers? Research has shown that hugging leads you certain positive physiological change. Mere touch, for example, stimulated nerve endings, thereby helping in relieving pain. Some nurses have found that the magical "Therapeutic Touch" (placing hands over the patients source of pain for half an hour a day) actually pushes up hemoglobin levels in the blood, increasing the delivery of blood to the tissues. What more when the entire body is engaged in a loving Hug?

When was the last time yo gave someone a loving embrace? Reaching out and hugging someone tight is one of the best ways of saying how much you care. It creates bonds between two people and even heals relationships!Hugging is a natural expression that you love and care for someone.

Hugging gives both the giver and receiver a feeling of comfort or joy. It is known that cuddling and caressing make a child feel secure ans is known to aid self-esteem. Hugging also cures depression, induces sleep and reduces stress. It is both invigorating and rejuvenating. Hugging is the best happiness drug there is... and best of all , it's absolutely FREE!
